How to get your gut back on track after a bout of Diarrhoea
Here's our top tips to help get your gut back on track - and we'll be honest.. one of our top tips is of course our digestion-boosting Gut Wealth sachets... and here's why!
Here's our top 5 tips to getting your gut back on track after a flare up, calming the storms during and after diarrhoea and stopping feeling nervous about that urgent need to go
If you're like many of our community, you've spend a lot of your time worrying about your gut and what it's going to send your way that day - from feelings of nausea, indigestion, constipation, diarrhoea, urgency, and just a general feeling of "WTF"
This guide is to help you get back on track in 5 steps
1. Drink plenty of fluids, especially water
Might seem really obvious or it might be the last thing you want to do as there's times even water feels like it has set you off but your gut (and rest of body) needs water to function so no matter what... keep hydrated
Even if you think you're hydrated enough, try to sip water throughout the day.
2. Eat light and bland foods
Keep things very fresh and choose real foods. What does this mean? Well... processed foods are harder to know what's in them without looking at loads of ingredients, so go for simple foods.
This doens't mean hit the beige food - we just suggest you stick to whole foods such a fruit, veg and avoid spice or anything you know might trigger you.
Also - chew it as much as you can, to give your digestive system a hand to help process the food and get all the lovely nutrients from what you're eating!
3. Avoid caffeine, alcohol, and spicy foods
Lots of us survive on several coffees a day but caffeine is a mild diuretic.
And alcohol plays havoc with your gut microbiome so try to avoid.
Ask yourself - is it worth risking feeling worse for? Then if not, avoid choosing things that could delay you getting better.
4. Choose Gut Wealth sachets
Our sachets are an all-round digetsive boost.

5. Practice relaxation techniques to calm your nerves
