Well, we want to empower you to take control of your digestive gut health through our products.
My gut was giving me all the signals that my gut needed some attention and I needed to make some changes.
I also navigate a checklist of food intolerances and some allergies. And I've tried to ignore them but I don't win that gut roulette.
I thought a turning point was being hospitalised from gastro-intestinal issues (not fun!)
But instead, I just carried on as 'normal' once I got home.

I tried EVERYTHING
I've taken every supplement and I know what works. But I also found it hard to find trusted guidance that was realistic.
Yes, I know they work (we have the studies to prove it) but it came down to one question: do I follow my gut and go all in?
And the answer was yes!
